Our service fee is divided into two parts both of which are agreed upon in full at the time of appointment.
For our complete property consultancy service, there is an initial retainer fee which enables us to begin the process of finding you your new property.
The second part of our fee is only payable once we have secured your property and exchanged purchase contracts. This is a fixed fee based on your specific criteria.
