The Sydney Property
Finders Team
WE BRING TOGETHER MORE THAN 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU BUY YOUR IDEAL PROPERTY AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE - WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK AND LEGWORK.
Sydney Property Finders was established in 1999 by Managing Director Dennis Kalofonos, as one of Australia's first buyers agencies.
While many buyers agents are operated by one person trying to manage everything, we are a team of five very skilled, passionate and friendly real estate professionals including two licensed buyers agents, a property valuer, property analyst, professional negotiator and a client communications manager.
DENNIS KALOFONOS
Principal and Buyers Agent
Following many years selling property for both local and international real estate agencies, Dennis realised rather than helping people sell property, there was an overwhelming need to help people and businesses on the other side of the transaction – THE PROPERTY BUYER.
DONALEE COHEN
Business Manager
With over 16 years experience in marketing and business development, Donalee has nurtured Sydney Property Finders from our beginning into the impressive property team we are today.
MONIQUE FOWLER
Licensed Buyers Agent
After 10 years in the real estate industry, Monique’s ability to really understand each client’s needs gives the confidence and peace of mind they need when buying property.
DARREN KWAN
Research Analyst
Darren’s attention to detail and commitment to leaving no stone unturned in the research and analytical process make him an integral member of our research team.
PETER SUTHERLAND
Senior Analyst
Peter is a qualified property valuer with a unique blend of valuation and property research experience giving him a broad understanding of all property markets.
CASE STUDIES :
PADDINGTON MISSION POSSIBLE
Our client, a successful Sydney IT Consultant, set us a serious challenge: to find him a freestanding home with abundant natural light. The catch – it had to be in Paddington or Woollahra, suburbs famous for their iconic terrace homes with party walls. He knew it wasn’t an easy task; he’d been searching himself for months with no success.
