  • accessing ‘silent sales’ real estate not marketed to the public
  • inspecting properties before they go to market
  • eliminating unsuitable properties, saving you both time and disappointment
  • shortlisting those properties that meet your buying criteria.
  • providing detailed reports on recommended properties for your personal inspection
  • adding our own comments and advice on each property.

We research – to ensure a sound property purchase

Once you have narrowed this shortlist down to your preferred property, our in-house research analysts conduct a market analysis of recent local sales and other relevant information to ensure you will be making a sound purchase.

In addition, we can:

  • organise building, pest and strata inspections (often useful in price negotiations)
  • liaise with solicitors, builders, architects, planners and valuers.

Once you decide to proceed to purchase, we open price negotiations directly with the seller, or their real estate agent, on your behalf. If the property is to be auctioned, we can bid at or after the auction on behalf of the buyer.
